Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: Please note that we required 2 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays or events that might impact delivery times.

Q: How do i change my shipping address?
A: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@tringcart.in if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Q: Will my items come in one package?
A: For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate Packages. If your order is shipped in separate packages you will receive tracking numbers of all your packages by email.
